Released: Thursday, March 06, 2008 by CPSC
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Pier 1 Imports, of Fort Worth, Texas, is voluntarily recalling about 18,000 Silver Square Tealight Candle Holders.
