Nine West Footwear Corporation Recalls Sandals for Laceration Hazard

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Nine West Footwear Corp. of White Plains, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 6,700 pairs of Sam & Libby Girl's Thong Sandals. The sandals' metal tacks, which help to hold down the sides of the strap to the sole, can detach or be pulled out, posing a laceration hazard.
